If you're asking yourself what the hell this is, let me explain. Shut Em Down was originally supposed to be released in March of 98 but was delayed until June. Over that time, many changes were made. "Broke Willies" was originally named "Stones", "Rob and Vic" was originally named "Love of Money" (and had a different, much better beat), "I Don't Wanna Die" was deleted, "Overshine" wasn't a hidden track, and "The Worst" was named "Onyx Vs. Wu-Tang". Also, the original album cover was very similar to the above image except without all the text. See what a few months can do to an album?

Getting more popularity than they did with All We Got Iz Us, but still less than Bacdafucup, Onyx managed to keep the style somewhere in between the two which seemed like a perfect fit. Three great albums out of three from Onyx... not many other rap groups can claim the same.
